HIGH PRESSURE HIGH SPEED STEAM STERILIZER WITH STEAM STOCK FACILITY

for dry sterilization steam stock in the outer side of chamber which is called  steam jacket, steam inlet into the chamber by a valve.  After sterilization steam release of chamber by valve & steam remained stored in out side of chamber.

SALIENT FEATURES

• SHEEL consist of chamber and jacket.  The Chamber is made of thick stainless steel sheet.  To minimize the heat loss the shall been insulated with glass wool and covered with stainless steel SS304 cover.
• The whole shell is mounted on a sturdy M.S. tubular stand.
• BOILER is fitted with Auto Pressure Control Device to set and maintain the chamber pressure by cutting on/off the electric supply to heater.  It also economizes the power consumption.
• DOOR is made of thick stainless steel Plate.  Door has a safety mechanism which automatically locks when chamber is under pressure.  This prevents opening of door under pressure to preclude any eventuality of accident.
• Sterilization cycle is controlled by three way valve or multi port valve stainless steel.
